We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at PROARK CORPORATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing documents, records, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
- Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors to support business growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with a 35-hour workweek.
- Permanent employment with PROARK CORPORATION.
