Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision Repair Centre Manager to oversee our operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Management: Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and ensure customers receive accurate estimates for repair work.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure materials are always available for timely repairs.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise auto body technicians and support staff, fostering a team environment that encourages skill development and high performance.
- Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with parts vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Experience working with Bodyshop Connect is an asset.
- 5+ years of proven experience in store management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
