About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Mary Ann Manuel. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Household Management: Assist with household tasks, maintain a clean and organized living space, ensure the property is tidy and presentable.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, respond to requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other household staff to achieve common goals and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, reliability, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
