About the Role

MSE Precast Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by removing debris, rubble, and other obstacles.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment and tools as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring repetitive tasks and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
