Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation Department

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation Department at Middlesex Hospital Alliance. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with a variety of physical impairments and disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Conduct patient education and provide guidance on self-management techniques
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

• Baccalaureate or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current membership with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (desired)
• Current BCLS registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
