We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team at Ferrero International S.A. as a Plant Food Safety and Quality Director. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our plant operates in full compliance with all Food Safety and Quality standards, as defined by our Group Food Safety & Quality department.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the Entire FSQ Process: From raw material and packaging acceptance to finished product quality, ensuring all aspects align with FSQ standards.
- Drive FSQ Plans and Initiatives: Execute FSQ plans and initiatives at the plant level, ensuring adherence to central guidelines, legal standards, and the Ferrero Product Plan.
- Conduct Regular Audits and Sampling: Conduct regular audits, sampling plans, and use company information systems to measure compliance, ensuring effective implementation of FSQ guidelines based on HACCP methodologies (including standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO).
- Lead Food Safety Improvement Initiatives: Perform risk assessments, manage CAPA methods to prevent potential risks, and lead Food Safety improvement initiatives.
- Monitor Plant Operations: Maintain FSQ protocols, and provide necessary interventions to ensure adherence to certifications and central standards.
- Manage and Develop a Diverse Team: Foster a culture that upholds our Group values and promotes competence development.
- Master's Degree or PhD: In Biology, Chemistry, Food Science/Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ Years of Experience: In Quality roles within structured Food Companies.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Team management, cross-functional collaboration, decision-making, and excellent communication skills.
