Job Details

The Hardgoods Product Line Manager is a key role within the product creation engine of MEC Label. This position is responsible for managing the MEC Label portfolio of all Hardgoods product categories, including Camp, Packs, and Seasonal, Cycling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize all aspects of the MEC Label Hardgoods product portfolio to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage the product lifecycle to ensure the successful launch and ongoing delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product assortments that support the company's financial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a 12-to-36-month product roadmap in collaboration with Production, Merchandising, and Planning teams.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintenance in Centric PLM and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in project management.
  • Passion for product and ability to successfully translate insights into a commercial product portfolio.
  • Proficient in Excel and experience in merchandising and/or assortment planning is an asset.
