Position Overview...

We are pleased to announce an opening for a Mobile Bodywork Repair Specialist at Stoneacre Motor Group.

In this position, you will be responsible for traveling to various locations daily, following a predetermined schedule, to perform Smart Repairs on our inventory and customer vehicles.

  • A fully equipped company van will be provided, covering all expenses including fuel, along with a laptop and mobile phone, which will not affect your taxable income.
  • Enjoy a competitive base salary with the potential to earn between £40,000 and £42,000 annually, inclusive of a performance-based bonus structure.
  • Receive 22 days of paid vacation, which increases on a pro-rata basis, in addition to public holidays.
  • Company-provided uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Your work schedule consists of 8 hours per day, primarily from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Candidate Profile...

  • We seek candidates with a background in bodywork or smart repair, preferably with mobile experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Applications from individuals with unrelated backgrounds will not be considered.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a systematic and logical work ethic, maintaining high standards in quality and finish, and will be adept with technology and processes.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential.
  • A valid UK Driving License with few or no points is required.
