Job Summary

Rapid Ground Xpress is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse, supply area, and office spaces
  • Conduct sales calls and provide advice on products and services
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Set up displays of retail parts and accessories
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Process incoming requisitions and prepare orders for replenishment
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials
  • Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area
Requirements
  • Will train on the job
  • Permanent employment opportunity
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
