About the Role

Cosmetics Warehouse Outlet Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the management of store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift heavy loads.
