Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at the Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to high standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-organized and productive.

Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
