Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Schedules: Create and manage production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Lead Quality Control Inspections: Direct and oversee quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage the procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize daily operations, including equipment maintenance and employee training.
  • Develop and Manage Departmental Budget: Create and manage the departmental budget to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
