Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist a diverse client base using cutting-edge remote access technologies
  2. Thoroughly document all tasks and completed work
  3. Engage in daily Active Directory administration with a focus on Azure AD
  4. Utilize tools such as N-Able, RDP, and VPN for remote work as needed
  5. Diagnose and resolve issues using a combination of expertise and available resources
  6. Collaborate effectively within a team setting
Essential Qualifications
  1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  2. Strong organizational and time management abilities
  3. Willingness to explore and adopt new technologies
  4. Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  5. Excellent listening skills
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365
  7. Experience with Email, Hosted Exchange, Office 365, and Microsoft 365
  8. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
  9. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Required Experience:
  1. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  2. Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, or MCSE are preferred
  3. Preferred certifications include:
  4. AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  5. MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  6. MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
  7. MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
  8. MS-500 Microsoft 365 Security Administration
  9. Exam 70-347: Enabling Office 365 Services
  10. Exam 70-346: Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements
  11. Exam 70-532: Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions
  12. Exam 70-533: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
  13. Exam 70-535: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (may require occasional evening or weekend work)
