Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Lolli & Pops. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Merchandising and Visual Displays: Maintain visually appealing store displays, ensuring that products are properly stocked, faced, and priced.
- Sales and Promotions: Participate in sales promotions and drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and counting inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Lifting and Moving: Lift up to 25 pounds and move merchandise as needed to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
