About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2259275 Ontario Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and optimal store performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling process.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
