Job Title: Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team at Réseau d'aide juridique. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our legal team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our legal team, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents, pleadings, and other legal materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of our legal team.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or law.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
