Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TAHN DOOR INDIAN EATERY. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Fluency in English is required.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week.
