  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams;
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors;
  • Provide project management support and guidance to junior team members;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or IT industry;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to travel occasionally for project meetings and site visits;
