About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Avionics Maintenance Engineer to join our team at the National Research Council Canada (NRC). As an Avionics Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft by performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on avionics systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on avionics systems, including installation, inspection, and testing
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in avionics systems
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintenance and repair of avionics systems
Requirements
  • Diploma in a related field, such as aerospace technology or electronics engineering
  • Valid license as a Maintenance Engineer (ME) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in avionics maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of avionics systems and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
