Safety Manager

Bravo Target Safety is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive range of safety management functions, including risk assessment, compliance, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the business
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g. safety, health, environmental science)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety management role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
