About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cupboard Installation Specialist to join our team at Kitchen & Furniture Factory Ltd. as a key member of our installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products, maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, taking into account customer preferences and product specifications.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate and efficient work processes.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, maintaining a high level of proficiency and safety awareness.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a variety of settings, including renovation and installation projects.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the trade is an asset.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment are required.
  • Flexibility, organization, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
