Your Responsibilities

Shape your career path with us. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing, coordinating internally, managing projects, and overseeing contract administration throughout the construction phase, from concept to completion. Collaborating directly with engineers, architects, technologists, and specialized sub-consultants across all J.L. Richards offices as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary project team. Working with designers to optimize layouts for general arrangements, equipment selection, piping, and ductwork. Assisting in managing the workload of technicians and designers to ensure project timelines are met and final outputs align with client expectations. Identifying and addressing client needs and regulatory requirements. Contributing to proposal preparation and developing estimates for engineering services. Applying engineering fundamentals, including the use and verification of relevant software tools. Conducting site reviews during construction and reporting on findings. Mentoring junior engineers and designers.
