  • Qualifications: Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in a related field
  • Experience Required: Between 2 to 3 years in a similar role
  • Work Environment: Primarily outdoors
  • Work Setting: Available staff accommodation at a ski resort
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Instruct and demonstrate various athletic and fitness activities
    • Provide training to fellow staff members
    • Assist in organizing recreational and sporting events
    • Lead individuals and groups in leisure programs
    • Design and implement fitness and sports activities
    • Compile and submit reports
    • Facilitate group instruction
    • Conduct individual training sessions
  • Supervision: Responsible for overseeing 16-20 participants
  • Certifications: Must possess Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) Certification
  • Safety Requirements: Successful completion of a criminal record check
