Position Overview: Project Director (Interior Design)

The Project Director (Interior Design) plays a pivotal role in steering and overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects for our clientele. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Project Leadership: Directing the comprehensive organization, administration, and execution of projects.
  2. Client Liaison: Facilitating communication with clients and coordinating information flow among project team members.
  3. Schedule and Budget Management: Developing and overseeing project timelines and financial plans.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Participating in meetings with various stakeholders to align resources, establish project criteria, and disseminate information.
  5. Deliverable Coordination: Managing, organizing, and compiling project outputs.
  6. Process Improvement: Collaborating with the Chief Project Officer to evaluate processes and implement enhancements.
  7. Team Collaboration: Working closely with the entire team to ensure effective delivery of projects across various sectors including cultural, defense, heritage, justice, workplace, and tenant improvements.

Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with a professional background in project management or interior design, boasting over 7 years of relevant experience. Strong management, communication, and organizational skills are essential. The ability to autonomously manage projects with minimal oversight is highly valued.
