We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Sushi Mugen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to create new and innovative sushi dishes that showcase our restaurant's unique flavor profile.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to maintain our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with our front-of-house staff to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Setting: Restaurant
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
