Job Overview

We are in search of a skilled Technology Solutions Partner (TSP) to become a vital member of our premier training and consulting team. In this position, you will deliver technology training and advisory services to advisors, facilitate the rollout of new technological solutions, and assist in optimizing user productivity. If you have a background in adult education, technology advisory, and IT systems, we would like to connect with you.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Technology Solutions Partner (TSP) to assist our Atlantic region offices, advisors, and firms. This position entails providing extensive training, consulting, and support regarding both new and existing technologies to enhance overall performance. Be part of our mission to enable our business partners to integrate cutting-edge technology solutions into their everyday practices.

Compensation Range: $51,400 - $85,700

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in adult education and technology consulting
  • Familiarity with MS O365, Windows 10, Mac operating systems, and corporate technology frameworks
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours
  • Exceptional presentation and training capabilities
  • Experience with end-user technology
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in developing technical training programs
  • Background in financial services
  • Understanding of Canada Life Financial Centres
