About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Subh Petro Inc. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that customers can access the products they need.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a sales or customer service role
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
