Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers to drive market penetration and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work collaboratively with branches and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and procurement strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare internal reports and paperwork to ensure accurate tracking of sales and procurement activities.
  • Attend meetings and trade shows to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Lumber trading and/or buying, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to drive business growth.
  • Experience making profit-based decisions and driving sales and procurement strategies.
