Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fashion Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Fashion Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Process and stock all fashion merchandise, including maintaining merchandise standards and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Merchandise non-modular fashion items and replenish seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
  • Use proper signage and fixtures as dictated by the modular.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.40, and rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
