Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at H.A. Verani Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform inventory management and kitchen planning.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food production.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
  • Organized and reliable with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Permanent work term with 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
