Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at H.A. Verani Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring a high level of culinary expertise throughout the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and be flexible with regards to working hours.
