Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at 10012101 MANITOBA LTD. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations, including international routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy to transport goods and materials.
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • International transportation/travel experience
  • Long-haul transportation/travel experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willing to travel for extended periods
  • Willing to travel internationally
Work Environment:

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work overtime and be willing to travel for extended periods.
