Position Overview

As a Fuel Station Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards
  • Manage inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
  • Create and implement staff work schedules
  • Oversee sales transactions and ensure accurate cash management
  • Maintain an organized and efficient inventory system
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
