Gas Station Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron Gas Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the station, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage the ordering and inventory of merchandise, including fuel and other products.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
- Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or fueling environment, or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to the public. They will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
