**Job Summary**

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of underground and tree care products in our Stoney Creek Construction and Forestry location. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base, identifying key strategic customers, and executing a growth plan to increase sales in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our customer base and increase sales in the assigned territory.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the trenching, plowing, drilling, and tree care industries.
  • Marketing and Promotional Strategies:
    • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the assigned territory.
  • Customer Service and Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel and Administration:
    • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.
    • Manage travel requirements and expenses in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction and forestry industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and business development skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Valid driver's license and passport.
    • Ability to travel internationally.
