This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of freight across North America and beyond. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor partnerships, negotiating terms with shippers and carriers, performing data entry, tracking shipments, preparing necessary shipping documents, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the logistics and transportation processes
  • Facilitate cross-border transportation and manage OTR truckload operations
  • Maintain strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation
  • Familiarity with cross-border logistics
  • High school diploma or equivalent
