- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the food and service we provide meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare food order summaries for our chef, establish work schedules, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Tahini Guelph, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated and passionate individuals. You will be responsible for ensuring that our food service department runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of our customers and supporting the overall success of our organization.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
