Elementary/Secondary Occasional Teacher Rosters Specialist

We are seeking qualified elementary and secondary teachers to join our roster of occasional teachers. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to teach Core French/French Immersion, Ojibwe language, and/or Lenape language on a daily or long-term basis.
Responsibilities- Teach Core French/French Immersion, Ojibwe language, and/or Lenape language to students in elementary and secondary schools
- Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Communicate with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment
- Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification in the respective Division and subject area
- French qualifications required or must be enrolled in FSL
- Experience speaking the Ojibwe and/or Lenape language is required
- Availability to work 3-5 days/week and 10 months
- Willingness to travel throughout the Sarnia-Lambton and/or Chatham-Kent area
