Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Leader to join our team in America. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in your store. You will be the face of Lovisa in your community and will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in your store
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high-performing team
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
