Sustainability Team Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Sustainability Team, you will play a vital role in driving our sustainability initiatives across environmental, social, governance, and economic dimensions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of programs aligned with NFI's corporate sustainability goals
  • Participate in project planning and execution
  • Conduct program assessments
  • Lead and oversee the accuracy, compliance, and clarity of reports
  • Track performance on the current state of the Group-wide energy, resource, waste management, and sustainable procurement practices
Requirements
  • University or college degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, environmental management, business, finance, engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated technical and sustainability project management experience
  • Proven experience with sustainability reporting requirements, indices, and scoring agencies
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
