Key Responsibilities
  • Support truck, rail, and marine supply chain processes, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Execute and administer contracts, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Process and manage rail and truck freight payments, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Order equipment and supplies, optimizing inventory levels and reducing waste.
  • Expedite traffic, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Manage export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or International Business.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated computer experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
