About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Ceramist to join our team at ADAMO DENTAL STUDIOS. As a key member of our dental laboratory, you will be responsible for creating high-quality dental restorations using ceramic materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare plaster models and moulds for dental restorations
  • Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases
  • Finish metal framework of dentures
  • Polish and buff dentures to achieve a high-gloss finish
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed when handling hazardous products
Technical Expertise
  • Plastering and moulding techniques
  • Waxing-up and casting processes
  • Polishing and buffing methods
  • Assembly and finishing techniques
Area of Specialization
  • Full dentures
  • Partial dentures
  • Orthodontic appliances
  • Crowns and bridges
  • Ceramic or porcelain application
  • Gold dies and goldwork
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Good hand-eye co-ordination and sitting ability

Experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
