Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing and maintaining all equipment, including light vehicles, heavy trucks, and equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site or on-road
- Performing preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Documenting daily service activities to maintain shop organization
- Promoting and leading a safety-first culture for all employees, sub-contractors, and consultants
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 310T Truck & Coach Technician license (consideration for a 310S or 421A license or apprentice)
- A valid G license
- Experience in repairing hydraulic and electrical systems
- A set of tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in any season
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- A DZ license, an asset
- Roadside service experience
- Experience with diagnostic software and electronic document/time keeping
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Valid Ozone Depletion Training
