Job Title: Executive Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to lead our manufacturing operations at AirBoss of America Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or operations management)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
