We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Voltage Field Service Technologist to join our team at Spark Power. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with our team members in the safe execution of field services duties.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain safety certifications and follow company and client safety protocols and procedures.
- Work safely and effectively on low, medium, and high voltage electrical installations in a variety of environments.
- Follow NETA Acceptance and Maintenance standards.
- Be comfortable working with various hand tools and electrical test equipment types and brands.
- Responsible for filling out project paperwork and following the team lead's direction.
- Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Help with the preparation of tools, equipment, and materials for each job.
- Under direction from the team lead, responsible for writing and compiling reports.
- Minimum 2 years' of field experience in a similar position.
- NETA Level I or II considered a asset.
- Adapts interpersonal skills to work with diverse individuals in a constantly changing environment.
- Offers concrete suggestions to reduce costs, improve quality or revenue.
- Thrives on creating new ideas, solutions, or approaches to ongoing challenges.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Valid drivers license and suitable driving record.
- Ability to travel for work as required by the role.
