Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required
  • Establish and manage work schedules, supervising and checking the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, standing for extended periods and maintaining attention to detail
