Position Overview:- Oversee and guide handlers and clerks on safety protocols, efficiency, and various job-related responsibilities
- Build and sustain positive working relationships with team members, management, and clients
- Facilitate training sessions for both new hires and current employees
- Lead and engage in team meetings to promote collaboration
- Work closely with management on performance evaluation initiatives
- Monitor the activities of handlers and clerks to ensure the timely and safe execution of assigned duties
- Uphold CB Canada's ethical standards and adhere to our Code of Conduct
- Capability to lift weights up to 32 kg (70 lb)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, up to 5 days a week
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- A degree or international equivalent is preferred
- Experience in management is a plus
