We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Management Systems Optimization Specialist to join our team at Uline. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Rotate through all departments to master warehouse operations, including earning forklift and equipment certifications.
- Work hands-on with the Operations team to identify system and process issues that impact daily warehouse functions.
- Review daily reports and dashboards, submitting any system issues to management for quick resolution.
- Troubleshoot system issues and analyze production processes.
- Work with operators to ensure new systems and processes are implemented effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets and formatting documents.
- Strong communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse business processes including receiving, picking, shipping, etc.
- Lift, push and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
