REPORTING TO: Service Sales Manager

As a vital member of the Service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that machinery and parts are functioning optimally—an essential aspect of maintaining business operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Diagnose and evaluate equipment for faults and issues Repair and modify equipment and replace faulty components Conduct updates, pre-season delivery assessments, and seasonal inspections Complete work orders and document technician notes in the system Comply with all occupational health and safety regulations, as the company prioritizes the protection and well-being of its workforce

Required Skills and Qualifications Include:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in the English language Experience with New Holland equipment is advantageous Strong problem-solving abilities No specific educational qualifications required
