Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Balcarres Grocery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, and implement price and credits policies.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Job Type: Permanent.
